Research
Sensitivity enhancement and application of label-free optical sensing techniques for biochemical molecules and cells. Those sensors include surface plasmon resonance sensor, optical waveguide sensor and weak measurement sensor. The research focuses on optimization of sensing structure, fabrication and bio-functionalization of nanostructured sensing chip, design and setting up of sensing optical path, sensing experiment and data-processing.
