Research

A decade of research experience in device physics and micro-nano fabrication in relation to GaN-based LEDs and small-molecule OTFTs. Current research is focused on the development of advanced functional materials and device integration technology for next-generation displays, sensors, and optoelectronic multifunctional chips.
