Research

Research in the terahertz field: research on new functional semiconductor devices, such as enhanced emission of terahertz waves, efficient regulation and intelligent perception, and design and development of terahertz high-speed communication and high-precision imaging systems.

Research in the infrared field: design and development of new semiconductor devices based on infrared intelligent sensing and detection, infrared functional film regulation devices and infrared imaging systems.

NIR/THz spectral signal processing and software and hardware system development.


Selected Papers/Patentsand Honors

Mainly engaged in the field of infrared/terahertz intelligent sensing and detection based on new semiconductor devices and integrated photoelectric systems, infrared/terahertz high-precision spectrum and imaging technology research. In recent years, presided over a number of vertical projects such as the National Youth Science Foundation and the Natural Science Foundation of Anhui Province, and participated in many key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation and major science and technology research projects of the Ministry of Education as a backbone staff. In addition, led the undergraduates of the Instrument School to complete an Outstanding Project.


Published more than 50 high-level papers in well-known journals in ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Advanced Materials Technologies, Journal of Physics D, Applied Physics, Optics Express, IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices and other fields, applied for 7 national invention patents, and granted 2. Be invited to make academic invitation reports at international academic conferences for many times and won one International Academic Award.
