Research
Laser micro and nano processing, micro and nano technology, advanced precision manufacturing, laser interference technology, microoptical devices, bionic functional structures, etc. These studies focus on the femtosecond laser excitation of local plasma self-induction mechanism, proposed a new process of metal structure laser self-induction, affinity and sparse group laser control, the preparation of two-dimensional to three-dimensional controllable new structures and new microfluidic devices, and realize the high-precision stimulus response microstructures in the field of object capture, information encryption and other applications.
